Damian has been photographing items for my two businesses for the past eight years. We work really well together and he has produced lovely shots of interiors and products for me. Having had a professional LinkedIn mugshot taken a couple of years ago, I felt it was time for a more natural shot to take its place. But as someone who enjoys taking photographs myself, I am quite self-conscious when the camera is turned on me. And so, with more than a little trepidation, I ventured with two networking colleagues and Damian to a room for a shoot. Damian instantly made us all feel at ease, as we conversed freely. No cameras in our faces; instead he worked his magic slyly in the background, clicking away. The whole process was incredibly efficient and without any fuss, and Damian delivered simple, brief instructions as to our positioning. That same day (11pm in fact) the photographs arrived in my inbox – two sets – high and lower resolutions for different purposes. They had been edited and were ready for use. For someone who doesn’t like having his picture taken, I was extremely happy with the results. At Truth Legal, we are constantly refreshing our website, ensuring that it is up-to-date and relevant. As part of that exercise, we decided to commission Damian of DJB Photography to update our staff photographs. Getting everyone together was no mean feat as some of the staff are part-time and some regularly work remotely. Add to that the challenge of having a small space to take the actual photographs. However, Damian remained calm and handled everything with patience. He had a great way with the team and was fantastic at putting everyone at ease. We were all very pleased with the photography, particularly the action shots which were really effective with a slightly blurred background. Damian did our Wedding Photography, and did some fantastic photo shoots of kitchens we had installed. On my wedding day, he blended into the background, was very Professional, and the results were fantastic!! He took some fantastic shots of kitchens, bedrooms and furniture we had installed , again fantastic quality, that was brilliant!!
